Hendra Iskandar Lim is a civil engineer and has been involved in large building and development projects including the construction of a large factory for Toyota/Mitsubishi and a major hotel development in Indonesia.   Hendra is skilled in negotiations with builders and traders and is responsible for the overall strategic planning of the group.

Bobby Iskandar Lim is a quantity surveyor and construction economist.  He is highly skilled in project management and the off-shore marketing of projects.  Bobby supervises the daily management of the development business.  

Danny Iskandar Lim is experienced in business and asset strategies.  He has 11 years of experience in asset identification and in the procurement and divestment of assets. Danny’s passion is in property development and financial strategies, including structuring and sourcing of finance. 

GGDG knows the Melbourne market and works closely with a selected team of highly experienced construction and development specialists.  Together they have successfully completed residential developments at Waverley Gateway Estate (200 homes), Monash Mews (50 homes), Belmore Gardens Estate (65 Homes), Glen Waverley Estate (50 homes), Melbourne Gardens (29 Homes) and Knox City Heights (27 Lots).  These estates are acknowledged as being amongst the best in Melbourne.
