Past Projects

GGDG is committed to choosing the best location, best design in land use and house design and in creating a living environment that appeals to owner occupiers.  GGDG is committed to providing above average returns for investors through providing quality homes.

GGDG successfully secured a number of urban infill (i.e. large undeveloped land within a developed area) school sites released by the State Government in the early to mid 1990’s and are adept with working with government bodies as well as handling  medium-large scale projects.

GGDG also has strong skills and experience in working on smaller projects that target niche demands for quality housing in sought after fully established suburbs.

The excellent locations and quality products produced have been a major factor in the strong and steady increases in property values seen within GGDG’s projects.
