Present Projects

GGDG is a company with a long term vision.  It has great confidence in the on-going growth and stability of the Melbourne residential market.

Recent census figures indicate a strong growth in the Melbourne population due to substantial international migration and national migration (i.e. migration to Melbourne from other Australian cities).  The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) awarded Melbourne the title of “The Most Livable City in the World” in 2003 and 2004. Therefore, GGDG believes the demand for innovative and quality dwellings will continue to be strong and it continues to focus on the market it knows best.

GGDG also invests and develops properties within niche markets in other Australian cities and in the Australasian region through its affiliate The Creations Group.  For details of these projects, please visit The Creations Group website.
